Job Title: Salesman, Sales executive, cash van salesman
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Present and promote company products and services to prospective customers
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Driving a designated route to deliver products and sell directly to customers.
- Follow up on leads and existing clients to maximize sales opportunities
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- With Qatar Driving License
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in FMCG products
- Valid driving license
- Knowledge of local market dynamics
