Salesman

Job Title: Salesman, Sales executive, cash van salesman

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Present and promote company products and services to prospective customers
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Driving a designated route to deliver products and sell directly to customers.
  • Follow up on leads and existing clients to maximize sales opportunities

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  • With Qatar Driving License

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in FMCG products
  • Valid driving license
  • Knowledge of local market dynamics
