Salesman & Saleswoman – Ladies Boutique (Sharjah)

Job Description:
We are hiring experienced Salesmen and Saleswomen for a premium ladies boutique located in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion retail, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for helping clients find the perfect outfit.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with product selection
- Maintain visual merchandising standards
- Handle POS transactions and daily sales reporting
- Build customer relationships and ensure repeat business
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the boutique

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in fashion retail or boutique sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Hindi/Urdu; basic English preferred
- Presentable and professional demeanor
- Must currently be in the UAE or ready to relocate

Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: AED 1,800 – AED 2,000 per month
- Visa: Provided by the company
- Work Environment: Boutique setting with a supportive team
