Key Responsibilities:

· Drive sales through direct customer interactions and personalized service.

· Provide detailed information about products

· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

· Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and handle complaints effectively.

· Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

· Stay informed about the latest trends in the perfume industry.

· Develop in-depth knowledge of our product range and effectively communicate this to customers.

· Assist in the development and execution of sales promotions and marketing strategies.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

· Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• With recent experience in perfume sales
• Valid UAE Driving license
• Workable knowledge in Arabic and English is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for the perfume industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
