Key Responsibilities:

• Execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns, follow-ups, and lead nurturing.
• Support pricing strategy, service packages, offers, and promotions to maximise revenue.
• Handle field visits for client meetings, follow-ups, and business discussions.
• Visit client offices and attend scheduled meetings as assigned.
• Schedule, coordinate, and maintain the meetings diary, ensuring all meetings are tracked properly.
• Ensure all relevant paperwork (proposals, quotations, invoices, meeting notes) is prepared and available before meetings.
• Assist in setting up meetings, demos, and presentations.
• Prepare and send professional proposals, quotations, and invoices.
• Manage bulk emails, cold messages, and outreach campaigns via WhatsApp, email, and other platforms.
• Maintain lead records, follow-up status, and communication history.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate information is shared with clients.
