Sales/Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, and attending trade shows/exhibitions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Product Presentation: Showcase garment collections to potential buyers, explaining fabric, quality, and design specifications.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and contract terms, working towards achieving monthly and annual sales quotas.
  • Order Coordination: Collaborate with internal production/merchandising teams to ensure on-time delivery and accuracy of orders.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and trends in fabric, color, and style to refine sales strategies.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in fashion retail, apparel sales, or, in the case of manufacturing, experience in B2B textile sales.
  • Willingness to travel for field sales or client meetings.
