Salesperson

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Salesperson to join our team. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Understand customer needs and present suitable products/services.
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry developments.
• Provide excellent after-sales service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-driven with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong presentation skills.
• Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities.
• Multilingual abilities (depending on the market).

Working Conditions:

• Base salary plus commission.

Pay: KD250.000 - KD300.000 per month
