Salon Manager/Receptionist (ONLY Female)

We are urgently seeking an experienced FEMALE Salon Manager/Receptionist to oversee all aspects of our salon operations, including scheduling, bookings, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Miniumum 4-5 years proven experience as a salon manager in the UAE.
• Proficiency in FRESHA or any other salons softwares.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage stock inventory and place product orders.
• Experience in staff management.
• Expertise in diary management for salon staff and appointments.
• Dedication to ensuring the smooth operation of the salon.
• Capability to address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Skilled in bookkeeping and managing invoicing.
• Willingness to assist with social media management and content creation.
• Previous experience in a similar managerial role within a salon in UAE is mandatory.
