The Salon Supervisor is responsible for the entire functions and day-to-day salon operation in the Maison De Joelle salons.

1. Organize, Manage, and motivate the front desk team.

2. Ensure communications ethics, particularly while talking on the phone with clients.

3. Maintain good customer service for welcoming, leave-taking, customer retention, retaining client details, customer complaints & line ups.

4. To handle guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously, taking initiative in resolving guest challenges.

5. Prepare a daily report of income and report to Operations Manager.

6. Ensure all the printing materials are available in the Salon.

7. Keep track of the timing of performing a service by technicians.

8. Handling guests’ needs while maintaining a professional and pleasant manner.

9. Acquire and maintain an excellent working knowledge of the computer & booking system.

10. Efficiently handle customer complaints & escalate to the Operations Manager when necessary.

11. Perform other job-related duties as directed.

12. Responsible for the cash sales in the salon.

13. Promote, up-sell & cross-sell products and services.

14. Explain products, services, and treatments to clients and assist them with determining their individual needs.

15. Answer calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquiries.

16. Supervise to have a high standard of guest relations by ensuring good quality of customer service and brand image.

17. Ensure all the staff tools are in a good condition.

18. Monitor stock control and inform the control department in advance of the products required for professional and retail use.

19. Monitor expiry dates and stock.

20. Handle maintenance problems by submitting, coordinating, and following up on Maintenance/ Engineering/ Housekeeping requests.

21. Handle customers’ complaints efficiently and take the necessary action with the Operations Manager’s knowledge, particularly those affecting the operation of the salon.

22. Ensure high-quality customer service and promote good public relations.

23. Manage Salon facilities including health and safety

25. Prepare staff schedule and rotation in coordination with the Operations Manager.
