Sanitary and plumbing technician

· Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and sanitary fixtures.

· Iinspect pipelines, valves, and fittings to identify leaks, blockages, or other malfunctions.

· Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of washrooms, restrooms, and sanitary equipment.

· Ensure proper functioning of water tanks, pumps, geysers, and filtration systems.

· Respond promptly to plumbing-related complaints and maintenance requests.

· Maintain records of repair work, spare parts used, and maintenance schedules.

· Assist in planning and executing new plumbing installations or facility renovation projects.

· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

· Coordinate with other technicians (electrical, HVAC, civil, etc.) for integrated maintenance activities.

Report major issues and recommend corrective actions to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
