Profile - Finance Manager – SAP Systems

Qualification - CA / MBA - Finance

Experience - Min 3–8 years of experience in finance with strong SAP Business One expertise.Handson exposure to FP&A, reporting, and statutory compliance.Prior experience in energy, infrastructure, or projectbased industries is an advantage.

Salary - Upto 12 LPA CTC

Position Overview: The Finance Manager – SAP Systems will act as the functional lead for SAP Business One (Finance module) , ensuring seamless integration of financial processes across the organization. This role requires deep expertise in SAP B1, financial reporting, and compliance, with a strong focus on automation, system ownership, and crossfunctional support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SAP Business One Ownership

Serve as the functional lead for SAP B1 Finance module.

Manage Chart of Accounts and map core financial processes (P2P, O2C, project

accounting).

Provide troubleshooting, training, and user support for internal teams.

Drive automation and integration of workflows across Finance, Procurement, and Projects.

Ensure clean data migration, upgrades, and auditready system records.

2. Financial Reporting & FP&A

Oversee monthend and yearend book closures within SAP B1.

Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports.

Develop realtime dashboards (SAP B1 + Power BI) for KPIs such as Order Backlog, Cash Flow, and Collections.

3. Compliance & Controls

Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, FEMA for imports) through SAP workflows.

Develop SOPs for financial controls and system governance.

Coordinate with auditors to ensure timely and accurate audits.

4. Cross Functional Support

Collaborate with project, procurement, and sales teams to resolve commercial issues.

Validate purchase orders, contractor bills, and vendor invoices within SAP.

Manage banking operations for domestic and foreign payments through integrated systems.
