SAP Executive SD (Sales & Distribution)

Contract Type: Project Assignment

The role will support the SAP ERP function by ensuring smooth execution of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes within the Sales & Distribution (SD) module. The incumbent will assist in maintaining data accuracy, resolving user issues, and supporting sales operations to ensure efficient revenue flow and customer satisfaction.

Additionally, the incumbent will be required to work on the following areas:

• Provide first-level support for SAP SD (sales orders, deliveries, billing, user issues)
• Maintain customer and material master data with high accuracy
• Support end-to-end sales cycle (order processing, delivery updates, billing activities)
• Assist in testing (UAT, enhancements) and documentation of processes
• Generate and validate sales reports, KPIs, and backorder analysis
• Support process improvements and documentation initiatives
• Provide basic user training on SAP SD transactions, BSP, and Fiori

Skills Required

Basic SAP SD module knowledge:

• Customer master, material master
• Sales order processing
• Delivery & shipping
• Billing & pricing
• Credit management (basic)
• Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP preferred)
• SAP SD Certification (preferable)

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Commerce, IT, or relevant field (Minimum GPA 3.0). SAP certification is an added advantage.

Experience: 0–1 year of relevant experience in SAP SD, supply chain, or related internships
