SAP Finance Consultant

Floor and Plans is seeking an experienced and solution-driven SAP Finance Consultant to join our growing team in Lusail. This role is focused on optimizing and supporting SAP financial modules to ensure seamless financial operations, accurate reporting, and improved business efficiency. The ideal candidate combines strong finance expertise with hands-on SAP configuration and functional knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and support SAP Finance (FI/CO) modules to meet business requirements
• Analyze financial processes and translate them into SAP system solutions
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities within SAP environment
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP finance-related issues in coordination with IT teams
• Design and improve financial workflows, controls, and reporting structures
• Prepare functional documentation, process maps, and user guides
• Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to finance teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver system enhancements
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance within SAP financial modules

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proven experience as an SAP Finance Consultant or similar SAP functional role
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules and financial accounting principles
• Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation or support projects
• Solid understanding of IFRS/GAAP financial reporting standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Skills:

• SAP certification (FI/CO or related modules) is an advantage
• Experience in construction, engineering, or project-based industries
• Knowledge of integration between SAP modules (MM, SD, CO)
• Ability to work in fast-paced and multi-project environments
