As we expand, we are seeking an experienced B2B Invoice Consultant to support our clients in optimizing invoicing and payment processes.

Role Overview

We are looking for a B2B Invoice Consultant to advise clients on invoice management, compliance, and automation strategies. This role requires expertise in financial operations, invoicing systems, and regulatory frameworks in Qatar and international markets. You will be responsible for ensuring that Disolambato LLC’s clients benefit from efficient, accurate, and legally compliant invoicing practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consulting services on B2B invoicing processes and systems.
• Advise clients on compliance with Qatari tax and invoicing regulations.
• Assist in the implementation of digital invoicing and automation tools.
• Review and optimize invoicing workflows to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accuracy and transparency.
• Monitor industry trends and provide updates on best practices.
• Support dispute resolution and payment reconciliation processes.
• Prepare reports and provide strategic insights to clients and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in invoicing, financial consulting, or corporate finance.
• Strong knowledge of Qatari tax and invoicing regulations.
• Experience with ERP systems and digital invoicing platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a client-focused, fast-paced environment.

Pay: Up to QAR26,000.00 per month
