Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant (Performance & Goals Management)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant to implement, configure, and support Performance & Goals Management solutions. The ideal candidate must be locally available in Qatar and capable of driving performance management processes aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support SAP SF Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) module
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Configure performance forms, goal plans, workflows, and business rules
• Manage performance cycles including goal setting, reviews, and appraisals
• Support SIT/UAT testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities
• Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot production issues
• Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to optimize processes
• Prepare documentation including BRS, functional specs, and user guides
• Ensure compliance with data security and governance standards

Technical Skills Required

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM
• Experience in form templates, route maps, goal plans, and calibration
• Knowledge of business rules, workflows, and role-based permissions (RBP)
• Familiarity with Employee Central integration
• Understanding of API/CPI integrations is a plus
• Experience in testing (SIT/UAT) and defect management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of SAP SF experience
• At least 1–2 full lifecycle implementations in PMGM
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Certification
• Experience in Gulf region projects is an advantage
