Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Onboarding 2.0 and Recruitment (RCM) modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SF solutions, ensuring seamless talent acquisition and onboarding processes aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 and Recruitment (RCM) modules
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Configure and customize SF modules based on client requirements
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding workflows within SAP SF
- Integrate SAP SF with other HR and third-party systems
- Conduct system testing (SIT/UAT) and support defect resolution
- Provide post-implementation support and handle production issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams
- Prepare documentation including BRS, functional specs, and user manuals
- Ensure data security, compliance, and best practices
Technical Skills Required
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 & Recruitment (RCM)
- Experience with SAP SF configuration and provisioning
- Knowledge of integration tools (API, CPI, middleware)
- Familiarity with Employee Central is an advantage
- Experience in workflow configuration, business rules, and data models
- Understanding of SIT/UAT testing and defect management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of SAP SF experience
- At least 2+ full lifecycle implementations in Onboarding & Recruitment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid environments
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP SuccessFactors Certification (Onboarding / RCM)
- Experience in Gulf region projects is a plus
