About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Business Consultant to join our team. This role focuses on ensuring that SAP solutions are effectively configured, implemented, and optimized to support organizational goals. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and end-users to deliver seamless SAP processes and continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into SAP HCM system solutions.
• Configure, test, and implement SAP HCM modules to meet business needs.
• Provide day-to-day SAP support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents in a timely manner.
• Participate in SAP upgrade, migration, and integration projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system alignment with business objectives.
• Deliver end-user training and create functional documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
• Monitor SAP system performance and recommend process or system enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and security guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• SAP HCM certification preferred.
• Proven experience in SAP configuration, implementation, and support.
• Experience in SAP upgrade/migration/integration projects is an advantage.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
