We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on SAP HCM Integration Assocaite Manager to support a major SAP transformation program. The role will focus on designing, implementing, and managing integrations between SAP HCM, other SAP modules (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Payroll, Finance), and third-party systems. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless data flow and process alignment across HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT systems. This position requires close collaboration with functional teams, technical developers, and business stakeholders to deliver robust and scalable integration solutions.
Integration Design & Implementation:
Design, configure, and manage SAP HCM integrations with SAP SuccessFactors, Payroll, Finance, and third-party systems.
Develop and maintain integration architecture, ensuring alignment with business requirements and SAP best practices.
Collaboration & Requirements Gathering:
Work closely with functional and technical teams to gather integration requirements and define detailed specifications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure alignment of integration solutions with organizational goals.
Testing & Validation:
Develop and execute comprehensive test scenarios, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Validate integration solutions to ensure data accuracy, performance, and compliance.
Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting:
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues in collaboration with technical developers and business teams.
Monitor interfaces and batch jobs to ensure accuracy, performance, and compliance with governance standards.
Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain detailed integration documentation, including data mappings, workflows, and configuration details.
Ensure compliance with SAP standards, governance policies, and security guidelines.
Team Support & Leadership:
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on integration best practices and methodologies.
Support change management activities and post-go-live stabilization efforts.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
8+ years of experience in SAP HCM integration, including hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Payroll, and Finance modules.
Proven track record of managing end-to-end SAP HCM integration projects in large-scale transformation programs.
Technical Skills:
Strong expertise in SAP HCM integration tools and technologies, including SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, and ABAP.
Experience with middleware platforms and APIs for third-party system integrations.
Proficiency in data mapping, EDI, XML, and IDoc processing.
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll integration.
Soft Skills:

Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Leadership skills to guide and mentor junior team members.
Certifications (Preferred):
SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors certification.
