Application Support

o Provide support to the users of software applications like troubleshooting, problem solving, and answering questions about the software

o Manage end user on-boarding into various applications through account creation and credentials assignment

o Support in providing required trainings to employees regarding the applications usage

Design, Develop and Implement

o Design, develop and implement technology solutions to address specific needs. This could include custom software applications, data management systems, and web-based portals

o Select a good application with good features and cost-effective prices by negotiating effectively with a selected vendor

System Maintenance and Upgrade

o Ensure that the software applications are up-to-date and operating correctly

o Responsible for upgrading software and implementing new features and functionalities on a regular basis

Testing and Quality Assurance

o Accountable for testing software applications to ensure that they are functioning correctly and meeting the needs of end users.

o Identify and resolve any bugs or issues arising during testing

o Supervise in identifying, tracking, and reporting the technical issues to the vendors and follow-up with them to ensure that the issues are resolved within the timelines

Data Analysis and Reporting

o Accountable for implementing security measures to protect sensitive data and information

o Analyse data related to software applications and reporting on performance metrics and key indicators

o Prepare a report on issues request raised, issues solved and issues in queue and resolution time and present it to the concerned stakeholders

o Help identify areas for improvement for a well-informed decision making for the company

Collaboration

o Work closely with other members of the IT Team and Business units to ensure that software applications are

o meeting the needs of the company

o Collaborate with software vendors to resolve issues or implement new features

Requirements:

1. Saudi National
2. English Language
3. Bachelor's Degree in IT or any related field
4. SAP Knowledge
