SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant to configure, implement, and support SAP PM processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in maintenance lifecycle management, asset management, and integration with other SAP modules such as MM and FI. This role requires hands-on experience in SAP PM implementation or support within complex business environments.

1. SAP PM Configuration & Support

• Configure and support SAP PM processes including:
  • Preventive Maintenance
  • Corrective Maintenance
  • Breakdown Maintenance
• Customize SAP PM modules based on business requirements.

2. Master Data Management

• Set up and maintain:
  • Functional Locations
  • Equipment Master Data
  • Bills of Materials (BOMs)
  • Task Lists

3. Maintenance Planning & Execution

• Create and manage:
  • Maintenance Plans (time-based, performance-based)
  • Maintenance Notifications
  • Work Orders and Job Scheduling
• Ensure efficient execution of maintenance activities.

4. Integration with Other Modules

• Integrate SAP PM with:
  • SAP MM (Materials Management) for spare parts and inventory
  • SAP FI (Finance) for cost tracking and asset accounting
  • Other modules such as SD, WM, or EAM if applicable

5. Process Optimization

• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements
• Ensure best practices in plant maintenance and asset management
• Support digital transformation initiatives in maintenance operations

6. User Support & Training

• Provide functional support to end users
• Conduct training sessions and prepare user documentation
• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure timely resolution

7. Project & Implementation Support

• Participate in SAP PM implementations, rollouts, and upgrades
• Assist in system testing (Unit Testing, UAT)
• Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements and integrations

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related domain
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PM implementation or support
• Strong understanding of:
  • Plant Maintenance lifecycle
  • Asset Management processes
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA environment is preferred

Certifications (Preferred):

• SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Asset Management
