SAP S/4 HANA QA and HCM Senior Consultant

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a⁠ SAP S/4 HANA QA and HCM Senior Consultant for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology, and engineering services.

Please note: This position requires the candidate’s physical presence in the UAE. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available at this time. The selected candidate should be able to relocate and start within one month from offer acceptance.

Job Summary:
Our partner is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior SAP S/4 HANA QA Consultant with deep expertise in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules. The ideal candidate will lead quality assurance efforts across SAP implementations, ensuring robust testing strategies, defect management, and seamless integration of HR systems.

Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance & Testing
  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans for SAP S/4 HANA HCM and SuccessFactors modules.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and non-functional testing (NFT), including performance/load testing
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and developers to validate business requirements and system configurations.
  • Lead defect triage meetings and ensure timely resolution of issues.
SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Expertise
  • Analyze HR business processes and map them to SAP HCM and SuccessFactors functionalities
  • Validate configurations and customizations in Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning Management, and other SF modules.
  • Ensure compliance with HR regulations and data privacy standards.
Project & Stakeholder Management
  • Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and client stakeholders to align QA strategies with project goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP QA best practices and tools.
  • Support go-live activities and post-implementation reviews.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7+ years of SAP QA experience, with at least 3 years in SAP S/4 HANA environments.
  • Proven experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors module testing.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and system integration.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP testing tools (e.g., SAP TAO, HP ALM, Tricentis).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with automation frameworks and scripting.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to mentor junior QA consultants and lead QA teams.
