Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented SAP Test Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a major SAP transformation program. This role will focus on defining the testing strategy, creating test scenarios, and implementing quality assurance processes across multiple SAP modules. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless system delivery, compliance with project standards, and alignment with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement SAP testing strategy, methodology, and standards across multiple modules, including Finance (FIN), Human Capital Management (HCM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and others.

• Develop detailed test scenarios, scripts, and test data to validate both functional and technical requirements.

• Collaborate with functional leads, developers, and business users to ensure comprehensive coverage of all business processes.

• Support test execution, defect tracking, and resolution, ensuring timely closure of issues and minimal impact on project timelines.

• Provide guidance and training to testing teams on SAP processes, testing tools, and quality standards.

• Maintain and update test documentation, dashboards, and reports for management and audit purposes.

• Ensure adherence to quality assurance processes and compliance with project standards.
