We are seeking a proactive and hands-on SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Associate Manager to support a major SAP transformation program. This role will focus on managing and supporting payroll processes in SAP Employee Central Payroll, ensuring accurate payroll execution, compliance with local regulations, and seamless integration with core HR and financial modules. The ideal candidate will work closely with HCM leads, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver high-quality payroll solutions while driving operational efficiency and supporting team development.
Payroll Configuration & Support:

Configure, implement, and support SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) modules and processes.

Ensure payroll solutions align with statutory and organizational policies and meet business requirements.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with business stakeholders, HCM leads, and functional teams to gather payroll requirements and validate payroll scenarios and calculations.

Act as a key liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Data Management & Validation:

Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities to ensure accurate payroll processing.

Maintain payroll data accuracy and ensure compliance with data governance standards.
Testing & Quality Assurance:

Lead and support testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Validate payroll processes to ensure accuracy, performance, and compliance.
Documentation & Compliance:

Maintain payroll documentation, including configuration guides, process workflows, and reporting templates.

Ensure compliance with SAP standards, governance policies, and local regulatory requirements.
Issue Resolution & Process Improvement:

Troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues in coordination with HCM and technical teams.

Integration Management:
