Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on SAP Workforce Project Manager to lead and support a major SAP transformation program. This role is responsible for managing the planning, execution, and delivery of Workforce Management initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and SAP standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HCM, IT, and business stakeholders, to drive successful program outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage project plans, milestones, and deliverables for Workforce Management initiatives.

  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including HCM, IT, and business units, to ensure seamless execution.

  • Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, maintaining and escalating RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs as needed.

  • Facilitate steering committee meetings and prepare executive-level reporting to ensure transparency and alignment.

  • Ensure adherence to SAP delivery standards, governance frameworks, and compliance requirements.

  • Track project progress using tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Clarity, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.

  • Support change management, training, and adoption activities for Workforce Management solutions.

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members, fostering collaboration and productivity.

  • Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to ensure alignment and clarity.


  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in SAP transformation programs, with a focus on Workforce Management initiatives.

  • Strong knowledge of SAP delivery standards, governance, and compliance requirements.

  • Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in HCM (Human Capital Management) systems and processes.

  • Knowledge of SAP Workforce Management solutions and tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Expertise in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Clarity.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage RAID logs and mitigate risks effectively.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in facilitating steering committee meetings and executive reporting.

  • Familiarity with change management, training, and adoption strategies for SAP solutions.

  • Leadership skills with the ability to guide and support cross-functional teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
