What’s the Job?

We’re looking for someone to own the front counter and dining room like a stage, a high-energy, people-loving, positivity-spreading individual who delivers what we call Saucepitality!

That means making every guest feel welcome, valued, and heard and maybe even earning a few survey shoutouts while you're at it.

What You’ll Be Rockin’ Daily:

• Greet guests with a smile, eye contact, and actual human energy (no AI!)
• Start conversations, not just transactions: “How’s your day going?” is your go-to opener
• Suggest your favorite sauces or meals like you’re sharing secrets with a bestie
• Keep our lobby sparkling clean like your reputation depends on it (spoiler: it does)
• Surprise guests with little extras: cookies, compliments, kindness. You choose!
• Ask for names. Use them. Make guests feel like regulars on visit #1.
• Handle any guest hiccups using the H.E.A.R.D. method: Hear. Empathize. Apologize. Resolve. Delight. (Yeah, we fix things and make them better!)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.77 - $13.25 per hour
