Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (preferred).
• Valid scaffolding certification.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a Scaffolding Foreman in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling procedures.
• Familiarity with project standards, safety requirements, and industry practices.

Key Competencies

• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to guide and motivate scaffold crews effectively.
• Good technical knowledge of scaffolding systems and materials.
• Strong focus on health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Organizational and communication skills.
