Scaffolding Foreman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scaffolding Foreman to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee scaffolding operations on site, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of scaffolding systems in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all scaffolding activities on construction sites to ensure timely project completion.
• Ensure all scaffolding structures are erected, maintained, and dismantled according to safety standards and company policies.
• Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding equipment and structures to identify and rectify any potential hazards.
• Lead, train, and manage the scaffolding team, fostering a culture of safety and teamwork.
• Collaborate with project managers and site engineers to plan scaffold setups that meet project requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of scaffolding materials, inspections, and work progress.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety guidelines related to scaffolding operations.

Qualifications

• Proven 3 years experience as a Scaffolding Foreman or similar supervisory role in construction.
• In-depth knowledge of scaffolding systems, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse workforce.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans related to scaffolding.
• Certification in scaffolding safety and relevant trade qualifications preferred.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to upholding the highest safety standards.
• Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and safety laws is an advantage.
