Job Overview
Nash Harbor Solutions is seeking a senior-level Scheduler with demonstrated experience supporting executive leadership in a government or interagency environment. Prior experience working within the U.S. Department of State—particularly in 7th Floor or Front Office environments—is highly preferred due to the unique operational tempo, protocols, and coordination requirements of this role.
This senior-level role provides high-level scheduling, logistical, and administrative support to the Under Secretary for Public Diplomacy (U/S) and the R Front Office. The Scheduler ensures seamless coordination of the U/S’s daily engagements, briefings, travel, and operational priorities.
Serving as a central liaison between senior leadership, Department bureaus, interagency partners, and external stakeholders, this role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and professionalism. The ideal candidate brings executive presence, strong interpersonal awareness, and the ability to navigate complex personalities and fast-paced, high-visibility environments while maintaining absolute accuracy and composure.

While performing the duties of the job, the incumbent will be exposed to normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on a computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email, and face to face. This position requires the incumbent to have the ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus.
