Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Scheduling Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing schedules, coordinating resources, and ensuring efficient operations within the organization. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a solid understanding of human resources practices.

Duties

  • Manage and coordinate employee schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels across departments.
  • Facilitate employee orientation and onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Assist in talent acquisition efforts by scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee evaluations and performance management processes.
  • Support benefits administration and workforce management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR teams on strategic planning, organization design, and change management projects.
  • Utilize HRIS systems such as Workday, ADP, or Paylocity for data entry and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with employment & labor laws, FMLA regulations, OSHA standards, and affirmative action planning.
  • Conduct data collection for workforce analytics and reporting purposes.
  • Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict management strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in human resources management or administrative roles with a focus on scheduling or workforce management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and training & development.
  • Familiarity with various EVV Systems including Caresmartz360 and Therap
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Understanding of workers' compensation processes and related documentation is beneficial.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
