The School Activity Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising all co-curricular activities within the school to support the holistic development of students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and Execution:
- Design the annual CCA calendar in coordination with academic heads and principal.
- Plan and organize various inter-house, inter-school, and intra-school activities and competitions.
- Coordinate celebrations of national and international days/events.
- Student Engagement:
- Encourage maximum student participation across grades.
- Identify and nurture students’ talents in music, dance, art, drama, debating, sports, etc.
- Ensure inclusivity and equal opportunities for all students.
- Collaboration:
- Coordinate with class teachers and subject teachers for smooth execution of events.
- Liaise with external trainers, artists, and coaches as needed.
- Work closely with the sports department and cultural club leads.
- Logistics and Communication:
- Manage event logistics, including materials, equipment, and venue arrangements.
- Draft and circulate notices, schedules, and result sheets related to CCA.
- Maintain proper documentation of activities, photographs, and student achievements.
- Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track student participation and performance in various activities.
- Provide regular reports to the Principal and submit activity-wise assessments for report cards.
- Support the preparation of school newsletters, magazines, and social media updates.
Qualification & Experience: Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory) in any discipline.
Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in school administration or teaching with active involvement in co-curricular activities.
- Prior experience organizing school events, cultural functions, or student programs.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
