Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years experience in school administration or a relevant administrative role in education or other institution.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent command of English and Malayalam (written and spoken).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and school management software.
- Strong organizational, multitasking & prioritization skills.
- Good communication skills (verbal & written), able to interact with staff, students, parents.
- Data entry accuracy and good record‑keeping habits.
- Experience supervising or coordinating support/clerical staff is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day‑to‑day administrative operations of the school: record keeping (student, staff), attendance, correspondence.
- Maintain school registers, files, databases; ensure documents are up to date.
- Handle parent inquiries & requests, reception duties.
- Oversee office supplies, procurement, vendor coordination.
- Assist in scheduling meetings (staff, parent‑teacher), events, and managing communication.
- Prepare reports (attendance, fee, academic) and presentations as required by school leadership.
- Maintain communications (emails, letters, notices) to students, parents, staff.
- Support the Principal / Head in planning & implementing administrative policies.
