Arranges for the transfer of students or staff to the nearest doctor, hospital, or emergency ward for serious cases

Maintains and replenishes medical supplies, such as the first aid kit, and ensures all medical equipment is in good order and meets local requirements

Maintains students’ medical history and records of each medical case attended to

Ensures compliance with local healthcare regulations

Identifies trends in student and staff wellness (e.g., most common illnesses) and presents findings to campus administration

Assists the school doctor in conducting health screenings of students, including measuring height and weight, and tracks growth for students outside normal ranges

Plans, implements, and evaluates vaccination programs, keeping track of immunization schedules and recording doses in student health records

Motivates teachers and students to adopt healthy practices and maintain hygiene

Monitors the well-being of all students and provides support until parents arrive when necessary

Administers medicines and treatments as per the orders of the school doctor, ensuring gentle handling and proper hygiene

Updates the school clinic noticeboard with vital health information for students to read

Provides first aid and medical care for students and staff

Maintains accurate health records and medical supplies

Supports preventive health programs, including vaccinations and screenings

Measures and tracks student growth and development

Promotes hygiene and healthy practices among students and staff

Communicates effectively with parents, teachers, and school administration

Administers medications as per doctor’s orders while ensuring student comfort and safety

Maintains confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations

Conducts health education and awareness sessions for students and staff
