Role Responsibilities

• Crack thumb-stopping hooks — create openings that instantly grab attention and make viewers watch till the end (and rewatch).
• Build viral-worthy ideas — develop concepts with “1M views” potential and ensure their execution.
• Deliver consistently — produce at least 10 high-performing videos per month; “average” isn’t acceptable.
• Experience: 2–5 years in content strategy, social media, or creative roles.
• Proven virality: You’ve either created viral content or helped make it viral.
• Understanding of storytelling: You know what makes a strong hook and how to retain audience attention.
• Platform expertise: Deep understanding of Instagram (especially Reels).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
