A leading FinTech pioneer is seeking a Scrum Master to join the team owning critical updates to a vital insurance product. In this role, you will wrangle development teams, instill Agile best practices, and have the leeway to shake things up to find new efficiencies. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Coordinate sprints, progress updates, and collaboration for multiple highly technical development teams.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters in instilling operational Agile best practices meaningfully, garnering support from development teams along the way.
• Create interactive dashboards showing project progress, milestones, impediments, etc. for leadership to track project deliverables more effectively.
• Exert influence over development teams to keep priorities and objectives in order, motivate to meet deadlines, and deliver quality product development.

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management, IT, MIS, or similar field.
• 5-8 years of experience as a Scrum Master managing digital products, development teams, and collaborating with leadership.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence, motivate, and think critically.
• Technical knowledge to build rapport with and understand technical development teams’ needs.
• Experience creating interactive dashboards to track projects using JIRA, Power BI, or similar.
• Experience in insurance industry or supporting insurance-based products is preferred.
