SCRUM MASTER (PMP)

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
• Support Product Owners in backlog refinement and prioritization.
• Remove impediments and coach the team to self-organize and continuously improve.
• Act as a servant-leader, ensuring alignment with agile values and principles.
• Drive transparency by maintaining metrics (velocity, burndown charts, release tracking).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align on goals.
• Identify risks and dependencies early, escalating when necessary.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team accountability.

Qualifications

• Certifications required:
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
• Project Management certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, or Prince2) preferred.
• 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Experience working with distributed/remote teams.
• Hands-on experience with agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.

Pay: Rs400,000.00 - Rs600,000.00 per month
