Job Title: Sea Export Documentation Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Note : The Candidates will do booking, documentation, customer service, invoicing – End – End.
- Prepare and handle all sea export documentation, including shipping bills, invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, CHA, transporters, and customers to ensure smooth cargo movement.
- Generate and verify Bill of Lading instructions and other export documents in compliance with international trade regulations.
- Ensure timely submission of export documents to banks, consignees, and agents.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments and documents for audit and compliance purposes.
- Track vessel schedules, booking confirmations, and communicate shipment status updates to clients.
- Liaise with internal teams for export clearance, payment follow-ups, and documentation corrections if required.
- Ensure adherence to customs and DGFT regulations and company SOPs.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of sea export procedures, INCOTERMS, and shipping documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and freight forwarding software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Knowledge of customs clearance and EDI filing will be an added advantage.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in Commerce / Logistics / International Business or related field.
