URSA is a fast-growing logistics & international trade company, actively operating across Europe – Turkey – CIS – Middle East.

We’re now looking for a Sea Freight Operations Supervisor to lead critical operations, especially in Cross Stuffing and Transit Shipments.

🧭 Your Role

As Sea Freight Operations Supervisor, you will:

Manage and monitor FCL/LCL sea shipments, with a focus on cross stuffing & bonded operations

Lead transit flows from EU/TR to CIS & Middle East

Coordinate daily work with agents, bonded warehouses, customs brokers, and truckers

Supervise 2 junior ops staff and ensure timely follow-up of files

Support the sales team with technical input & routing options

Ensure correct documentation (T1, EX1, ATR, BL, CMR, etc.) is always ready on time

✅ Qualifications

✔️ 5+ years of hands-on experience in sea freight & transit ops

✔️ Strong knowledge of cross stuffing, container tracking, customs flows

✔️ English fluency (Russian/Turkish is a plus)

✔️ Able to manage operational pressure, deadlines & multitasking

✔️ Familiar with multimodal and bonded cargo flows

✔️ Strong communication, follow-up & coordination skills

✔️ Ready to take responsibility and act like a leader
