Key ResponsibilitiesSEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Develop, implement, and manage effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Perform technical SEO audits and implement site improvements to boost performance.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and maintain a keyword strategy aligned with business goals.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for organic growth.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
SEM (Search Engine Marketing)
- Plan and execute PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms.
- Optimize ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
- Track and report ad performance, adjusting strategies for better conversion rates.
Analytics & Reporting
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms to track performance.
- Prepare detailed monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing for campaigns to enhance performance metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field (BCA, BBA, or MBA preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in SEO and SEM with measurable results.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, and Tag Manager.
- Expertise in technical SEO, schema markup, page speed optimization, and keyword planning.
- Experience with SEO/SEM tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Moz.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with content marketing and link-building strategies.
- Familiarity with social media marketing and remarketing campaigns.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for technical SEO troubleshooting.
- Certifications such as Google Ads, HubSpot SEO, or SEMrush certifications.
Performance Metrics
- Organic traffic growth percentage.
- Improvement in keyword rankings for targeted terms.
- ROI and CTR for SEM campaigns.
- Conversion rate improvements and cost per acquisition reduction.
