We’re looking for a Mid-Level SEO Specialist with strong hands-on 1 to 3 years experience in driving organic growth through on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. The ideal candidate understands how search engines work, can translate data into actionable insights, and knows how to optimize content and websites for both users and search performance.
In this role, you’ll work closely with content, product, and marketing teams to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions. You should be comfortable with keyword research, site audits, performance tracking, and implementing SEO strategies at scale in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Execute and manage SEO initiatives to drive sustainable organic growth.
Perform in-depth keyword research and develop SEO strategies aligned with business and product goals.
Implement on-page and off-page SEO tactics to improve rankings, visibility, and authority.
Conduct regular SEO audits (technical, on-page, and content) to identify issues and optimization opportunities.
Analyze search trends, algorithm updates, and SEO best practices to continuously refine strategies.
Perform competitor and SERP analysis to identify gaps, opportunities, and market trends.
Optimize content structure, internal linking, and page performance to improve engagement and conversions.
Analyze content and page-level performance and adjust optimizations based on data insights.
Use analytics and SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to track performance and measure impact.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data to improve overall SEO outcomes.
Collaborate with content, product, and engineering teams to support SEO-friendly initiatives and launches.
Monitor, report, and document SEO KPIs, audits, and learnings to support continuous improvement.

Monitor, document, and report SEO performance, audits, and learnings for continuous improvement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
