Search Engine Optimization Executive

Skills Required:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in core SEO for B2B, enterprise, or service-based websites.
• Strong command over On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO with proven results.
• Practical exposure to GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and AI-driven search optimization.
• In-depth working knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ubersuggest, etc.
• Clear understanding of keyword intent mapping, search behavior, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and site architecture.
• Ability to plan and optimize content for featured snippets, FAQs, People Also Ask, and zero-click searches.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into measurable organic growth.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with cross-functional collaboration capability.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently on SEO initiatives.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

• Develop, execute, and manage end-to-end SEO strategies to drive sustainable organic growth.
• Conduct high-intent keyword research, search intent mapping, and competitor analysis for SEO planning.
• Optimize website pages, landing pages, and content using metadata, schema, internal linking, and CRO best practices.
• Handle technical SEO including crawlability, indexing, XML sitemaps, redirects, Core Web Vitals, and site performance.
• Plan and execute off-page SEO strategies, including high-quality backlink acquisition from relevant and authoritative domains.
• Optimize content and website structure for GEO and AEO to improve visibility in AI search results, snippets, and voice search.
• Monitor, track, and report SEO performance using relevant KPIs such as traffic, rankings, conversions, and ROI.
• Coordinate closely with content, design, development, and marketing teams for SEO implementation and improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, AI search evolution, and industry best practices.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
