Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven SEO Executive to work with us in order to develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies. The ideal candidate will optimize client websites for maximum organic visibility, improve search rankings, and provide actionable insights to support client acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development & Implementation:

* Design and execute end-to-end SEO strategies encompassing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

* Perform thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization aligned with user intent.

* Manage link-building campaigns and implement technical improvements (site speed, mobile optimization, crawlability, indexing).

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

* Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.

* Prepare detailed SEO audit and performance reports with actionable insights for clients and internal sales teams.

* Track KPIs including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates to ensure ROI-driven outcomes.

Collaboration & Support:

* Collaborate with the sales team to provide data-backed insights for cold outreach and client proposals.

* Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, industry trends, and emerging SEO best practices.

Requirements:

* 1–2 years of hands-on experience in SEO.

* Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, Search Console).

* Strong understanding of technical SEO principles.

* Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable strategies.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
