3+ years of SEO Operations experience

Experience working with SEO agencies and implementing strategies is a plus

Understanding of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required

Hands-on with SEO tools including Google Analytics, Keyword Planner, SEMRush, etc.

Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively

Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks

Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams
Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field preferred.

Certifications or training in SEO tools and search engine platforms would be an advantage
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Monitor and manage SEO technical tools and platforms.

Break down End Market and agency recommendations into actionable tasks and prioritize them based on urgency and impact.

Support with audits of website architecture, content, and linking factors (channel audit, technical audit, keyword audit, content audit, audience audit, competition audit, third party/marketplace audit etc.)

Research and analyze competitor platforms and search efforts.
-
Gather, interpret, and deliver data-driven results using tools (e.g. GA/GA4, SEMrush, Sharepoint).

Develop reports and dashboards to visualize and communicate insights.

Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Analyze and report on tracking of SEO performance-related KPIs.

Partner with internal teams to optimize marketing content across channels.

Assist in creating, editing, managing, and optimizing web and other digital content for organic search ranking
