About the Role

We’re looking for an analytical and detail-oriented SEO Specialist to lead the optimization of our digital presence across all organic channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of search algorithms, keyword strategy, and on-page/off-page SEO techniques — combined with experience working in crypto, fintech, or fast-moving digital environments. You’ll collaborate with content, web, and marketing teams to ensure maximum visibility, authority, and organic growth across global markets.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase organic traffic, visibility, and search rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-value opportunities aligned with business goals and market trends.
  • Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and technical elements to ensure search engine best practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with content writers and designers to create SEO-driven assets that improve discoverability and engagement.
  • Perform regular site audits and implement solutions to improve crawlability, indexing, and performance.
  • Build and manage backlink strategies to strengthen domain authority and referral traffic.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO metrics, generating detailed performance reports and actionable recommendations.
  • Stay up to date with search engine algorithm updates, emerging tools, and industry trends to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Support localization efforts to optimize for multilingual and regional markets.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in SEO, preferably within the crypto, fintech, or financial services industries.
  • Proven track record of improving organic traffic and keyword rankings for high-traffic websites.
  • Strong knowledge of technical SEO, site architecture, and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and similar platforms.
  • Understanding of content marketing, link-building strategies, and data-driven optimization.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate complex SEO concepts clearly to non-technical teams.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in identifying growth opportunities.
