As we continue expanding, we are seeking a results-driven SEO / AEO Specialist to strengthen our organic growth across both consulting and academy verticals.

This is a full-time, in-office role based in Mumbai.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on SEO/AEO Specialist who can independently plan, execute, and optimize organic growth strategies end-to-end.

You will be responsible for increasing organic visibility, improving Google search rankings (SERP rankings), strengthening page-level keyword rankings, enhancing domain authority, building a high-quality backlink profile, and positioning the brand for sustained visibility across traditional search engines and AI-driven answer platforms.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution

• Perform keyword research, clustering, and search intent mapping
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify ranking opportunities
• Optimize on-page SEO (meta tags, headers, internal linking, URL structure, content formatting)
• Improve content depth, semantic relevance, and topical authority

Technical SEO

• Conduct site audits and resolve crawlability and indexing issues
• Improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, and mobile performance
• Implement structured data including FAQ, How-To, and organization schema
• Monitor site health and collaborate with developers for technical fixes

Backlink & Authority Building

• Design and execute a sustainable backlink acquisition strategy
• Identify and secure high-authority, relevant backlinks
• Monitor backlink health and disavow toxic links
• Improve Domain Authority / Domain Rating over time
• Strengthen topical authority within cybersecurity and technical domains

Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)

• Optimize content for Featured Snippets and People Also Ask
• Structure question-based and conversational content
• Improve direct-answer formatting for AI-driven search visibility
• Implement structured Q&A frameworks and voice-search optimization

Performance Monitoring

• Track keyword rankings, SERP performance, organic traffic, and conversions
• Monitor domain authority growth and backlink metrics
• Use Google Search Console, GA4, and SEMrush for tracking and reporting
• Deliver performance reports with actionable optimization insights

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on SEO implementation experience
• Proven ability to execute SEO programs end-to-end
• Strong understanding of on-page, technical SEO, and backlink strategies
• Practical knowledge of AEO techniques and AI-search optimization
• Proficiency in Google Search Console, GA4, and SEMrush (mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of HTML and website structure
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Data-driven mindset with focus on measurable growth

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience setting up and managing Google Ads campaigns
• Experience running Meta Ads campaigns
• Understanding of paid campaign structure, conversion tracking, CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
• Knowledge of ads performance analytics and landing page optimization
• Experience in B2B or technical domains is an added advantage
