Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist who has hands-on experience with SEO, SEMrush, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, and Yelp. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of optimizing websites for search performance, managing paid campaigns, and improving online business visibility across multiple digital platforms. You should be able to analyze performance data, implement strategies quickly, and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website performance.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits using tools like SEMrush (or similar).
- Optimize website content, meta tags, images, and internal linking for better search visibility.
- Identify and fix on-page and technical SEO issues to enhance site speed, usability, and rankings.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including keyword selection, ad copywriting, and bid management.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on Google Ads performance, making data-driven adjustments.
- Set up, manage, and optimize Google Business Profile (GBP) to improve local search presence.
- Manage and optimize business presence on Yelp, including profile updates, reviews, and engagement.
- Work closely with web developers or designers to implement SEO best practices.
- Track, analyze, and report digital marketing performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO, PPC, and digital marketing trends and algorithm changes.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in SEO and website optimization.
- Hands-on experience with SEMrush (or Ahrefs/Moz as alternatives).
- Experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
- Experience setting up and optimizing Google Business Profile (GBP).
- Familiarity with Yelp business management and optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data.
- Ability to work independently and optimize websites quickly.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Basic understanding of HTML, WordPress, or website structure (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience with local SEO for service-based businesses.
- Experience in managing online reviews and reputation management.
- Experience with content marketing or blogging for SEO.
