Search & Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are looking for are results-oriented Search & Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and enhance our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and managing marketing campaigns to promote our brand, products, and services across various digital platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and optimize integrated digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and content marketing
• Manage and monitor paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others
• Track website performance and implement strategies to improve conversion rates (CRO)
• Analyze marketing data and generate performance reports to guide decision-making
• Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing with broader business goals

Requirements:

• Gender: Male
• Age: 25 years or older
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Experience: 2 to 4 years in digital marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or managerial role preferred
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, or similar platforms
• Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media strategy, and web analytics
• Hands-on experience with Google Merchant Center is a strong advantage
• Proven experience in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
