<ul><li>Record vendor invoices in SAP and monitor AP open items to ensure that outstanding liabilities are paid on a timely basis.</li><li>Review AP supporting documents to verify that all legal requirements are met. On a quarterly basis reconcile outstanding balances with Colgate suppliers in order to resolve any discrepancies on a timely manner</li></ul>
&bull; Review and record in SAP expense reports to ensure that claimed expenses are in compliance with Company&rsquo;s policies and procedures. &bull; Prepare journals and supporting documentation for the month end closing to ensure that Corporate reporting requirements are met<br>

<b>Required Qualifications:</b><br>

<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree preferably in Finance, Economics or Management</li><li>Minimum 2 year of experience in Finance&amp;Accounting and/or previous experience in Big4 companies</li></ul>
