Trains employees reporting to him/her by following-up laws and procedures related to accounting issues and group strategies.</li><li>
Prepares and controls monthly/quarterly/annual reports demanded by the local management, regional management and corporate.</li><li>
Prepares annual budget and forecasts in cooperation with related level of Managers.</li><li>
Ensures management of team (performance, motivation...) and implementation of HR processes (recruitment, reward, talents...). Ensures implementation of HSE policies and processes.</li><li>
Develops good working relationships with professionals such as Bankers, Auditors or statutory organizations for the benefit of the firm.</li><li>
Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company's short-term and long-term goals, in alignment with the overall business objectives.</li><li>
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes to provide insightful recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, accounting standards, and reporting requirements in the TIC industry, across various jurisdictions.</li><li>
Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses for internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>
Manage treasury functions, including cash flow management, working capital optimization, and risk management strategies to enhance financial stability and liquidity.</li><li>
Play a key role in cash collection.</li><li>
Collaborate closely with other departments, including Operations, Sales, HR and Legal, to drive efficiency, mitigate risks, and maximize profitability.</li><li>
Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.</li><li>
Evaluate and implement financial systems, tools, and processes to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and support scalable growth.</li><li>
Monitor key performance indicators (KPI&rsquo;s) and financial metrics to assess business performance, identify trends, and proactively address challenges and opportunities.</li><li>
Provide strategic financial guidance and support for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic initiatives to drive value creation and integration.</li><li>
Provide financial insights and analysis to support commercial decision-making, pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and market expansion initiatives.</li><li>
Drive financial performance optimization through commercial initiatives, revenue enhancement opportunities, and cost management strategies.</li><li>
Shall perform other tasks and duties related to his position as assigned by his first line Manager.</li></ul>
Requirements :<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree / Master&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration etc.</li><li>
Minimum 10 years&rsquo; experience in Accounting and Reporting.</li><li>
Proven analytical skills.</li><li>
With a solid work experience in International Finance reporting.</li><li>
Min. 5 years of experience as a Manager.</li><li>
Experience in Finance and Accounting ERP tools (SAP, Oracle etc.)</li><li>
Expert in macro level Excel, Word and Powerpoint.</li><li>
