</b></h2><p>This role is responsible for leading the introduction and ramp-up of new contract manufacturing (CM) sites and production capabilities in support of New Product Introduction (NPI) programs. The engineer will collaborate closely with CM engineering teams to develop and implement robust manufacturing processes, oversee equipment and tooling readiness, and drive issue resolution during pilot and early builds.
