Works closely with contractors, designers, and authorities to ensure the landscape design is implemented correctly and delivered to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities1. Site Supervision &amp; Quality Control<ul><li>Supervise daily landscape works including planting, soil preparation, hardscape, paving, and irrigation installation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with approved landscape designs, drawings, specifications, and authority standards.</li><li>Inspect softscape materials (trees, shrubs, groundcovers) for quality and health.</li><li>Check hardscape workmanship (kerbstones, interlock, pathways, pergolas, fountains, lighting, etc.).</li></ul>2. Irrigation &amp; Water Systems<ul><li>Review and supervise installation of irrigation systems (mainlines, drip lines, sprinklers, pumps, valves).</li><li>Ensure proper hydraulic pressure and correct zoning of irrigation networks.</li><li>Test irrigation systems and approve commissioning.</li></ul>3. Material &amp; Technical Review<ul><li>Review and approve material submissions for plants, soils, fertilizers, hardscape materials, and irrigation equipment.</li><li>Review shop drawings, method statements, and RFIs.</li><li>Coordinate with design team for clarifications or modifications.</li></ul>4. Progress &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Monitor progress of landscape works and report delays or issues.</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly reports, inspection requests (IRs), and snag lists.</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of landscape works according to project schedule.</li></ul>5. Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with civil, MEP, structural, and architectural teams for interface works.</li><li>Attend progress and technical meetings with contractors and consultants.</li><li>Coordinate with authorities for approvals and inspections if required.</li></ul>6. Environmental &amp; Safety Compliance<ul><li>Ensure landscape works follow sustainability, environmental, and HSE standards.</li><li>Monitor safe installation of landscape and irrigation works.</li></ul>7.
