 As and Air Source Heat Pump Engineer (ASHP), you will be a key part of our in-house installation team, where you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of the Air Source Heat Pump Systems that we install for our clients.

 What will you be doing?

 Working in teams of 2, you will be involved in the Installation, Maintenance, and Repair work of Air Source Heat Pump systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety.

 Attending maintenance call-outs for air source heat pumps.

 Servicing of ASHP systems and hot water cylinders, whilst diagnosing and resolving any issues that may arise to minimize downtime for clients.

 What Should You Have?

 Experience installing Air Source Heat Pump Systems / Gas Installations.

 ASHP Qualification and experience of Installing and Maintaining Air Source Heat Pump systems.

 Valid ACS &amp; other relevant gas qualifications

 Experience within Social Housing would be desirable, but not essential

Summary
The Shift Engineer is a key member of the Maintenance team, responsible for delivering prompt, effective, and high-quality engineering support across the property. Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications
<ul><li>Proven experience within a luxury hospitality environment.</li><li>
Trade qualification or similar in Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Electrical desirable
</li><li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.</li><li>
PMS systems (Opera or similar) experience desirable
</li><li>High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.</li><li>
A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.</li><li>
Fluency in English and any additional languages is an advantage.</li></ul>
Working Conditions
<ul><li>Flexible working hours including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.</li><li>
Requires standing for extended periods and occasional manual handling.</li><li>
Guest-facing role requiring professional appearance and demeanour.</li></ul>
