<div><p>Qualifications, Experience, Skills &amp; Knowledge</p></div>

<li>VTC qualification.</li>
<li>Minimum 7 years as a Site Superintendent on multiple mega projects within CCC.</li>
<li>Minimum 25 years of relevant site experience, including at least 10 years within CCC.</li>
<li>Diversified site experience across disciplines.</li>
<li>Proven managerial experience (minimum 4 years).</li>
<li>Strong communication, coordination, and operational planning skills.</li>
<li>Proven report writing capability.</li>
<li>Ability to produce detailed workshop sketches.</li>
<li>Good command of written and spoken English.</li>
<li>Strong influencing and leadership skills.</li>
